Xiang
Chengxue, born in Wulanhaote city in Neimenggu province.
Graduated as an Art Major from Dongbei Normal University.
He was president of Neimenggu Wulanhaote City Culture Center, the
Director of the Art Department in Neimenggu Xing An League Art
Center, and the Vice Chairman of Xing An League Art Association.
He came to Dalian in 1992, and is currently a member of the
Chinese Art Association and a
member of the Architect Learned Society, Interior Design branch,
He is Vice President of the Dalian Painting Association, Professor
and President of Fine Arts College of Dalian Arts University.
